All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices quoted are subject to change until a booking is confirmed with full payment or a deposit, as specified. Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellation and amendment policies are determined by the individual travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Maple Traverse Journeys will endeavor to assist with any cancellations or amendments but cannot guarantee changes or refunds beyond what our suppliers allow. Service fees may apply for cancellations or amendments processed by Maple Traverse Journeys.

Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other necessary travel documents for all countries you plan to visit or transit through. Maple Traverse Journeys provides visa assistance as a service, but the ultimate responsibility for obtaining correct documentation lies with the traveler. We advise checking with the relevant embassies or consulates well in advance of your travel date.

Travel Insurance

Maple Traverse Journeys strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance should cover, but not be limited to, trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal liability, personal accident, loss of luggage, and curtailment. While we can provide options for travel insurance, the decision to purchase and the suitability of the policy is solely your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Maple Traverse Journeys acts as an agent for various third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts, or failures of these third-party suppliers or for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense resulting therefrom. Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you which arises out of our negligence or breach of contract is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.
